Remember when a simple old librarian was Batgirl.  Remember when she had to betray her father and become a vigilante.  Remember when she helped the dark knight with some of his toughest battles.  Remember when she became a positive female figure for girls everywhere.  That is Barbara Gordon.  She is Oracle now.  One of the smartest women in comics.  She is also handicapped but that’s not what should define her.  It should be how she overcame grief and self-tragedy to continue to fight crime anyway she could. She is Batgirl.
